Hi,
Thanks for choosing Your business. Would you share how it went? Your review helps others find the right place.

- 01
Straight to Google
The link opens Google's review box. No page in between asking whether the customer was happy.
- 02
Same message for everyone
The request is neutral and identical for every customer. No rewards, no pre-written text.
- 03
Easy to opt out
Every message has an opt-out link. Anyone who opts out never gets another request from you.
How it works
You don't have to remember to ask.
Every customer gets the same request in the same way, whether they were happy or not. That's how Google wants it.
- 1
The job is done
When the invoice is paid, the job is closed in your tool, you upload a list or add the customer yourself.
- 2
The request goes out
By text or email in your business name, in the next sending window: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm.
- 3
One reminder, then nothing
If the customer hasn't opened the link after three days, one reminder goes out. Never more than one.
- 4
The review lands on Google
Your customer writes it in their own words, right in Google's box. You see who has been asked.
Integrations

QR code
A QR code for the counter. Today.
Print the poster and put it by the till, in the waiting room or on the invoice. The code points to your own link, so you can change where it goes without reprinting.
The example has an inactive code. You get your real code when you create an account.
- At least 2 × 2 cm when printed
- The web address is printed under the code
- Dark code on a light background
Signs with NFC
ComingTap a phone on the sign or scan the code. Same link as the poster. Works with any phone camera; NFC on iPhone XS or later and NFC Android phones.
- Frosted acrylic
- Oak
- Aluminium
Signs are meant to keep pointing to Google even if you cancel.
Profile check
How does your business show up?
Enter your website. We check what helps customers find you: service and town in the headline, contact details, structured data and a link to reviews.

Connect your Google profile to get notified about new reviews, with a reply draft you approve yourself.
Notice on every new review
By email or on your phone, with the full review.
Reply drafts
You edit, approve and publish. Replies to negative reviews are never sent automatically.
Evidence for policy breaches
If a review likely breaks Google's rules, you get the evidence. You report it yourself, and Google decides.
Lowest access
Plauso asks for the manager role, never owner. Disconnect in one click.
Monitoring needs Google to approve our access. We're waiting for the answer and won't promise a date.
Our rules
The same question for everyone.
Tools that only send happy customers to Google break Google's rules. Plauso asks everyone, in the same way. We don't filter unhappy customers.
Built around the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR 465), TCPA consent and PECR. A data processing agreement is included.
- IEvery customer gets the same request and the same link.
- IINo rewards or discounts for reviews.
- IIIA way to opt out in every message.
- IVOne reminder at most.
- VWe don't remove reviews and never promise to.

Questions
What you're wondering.
What happens when I create an account?
You get your own link and QR code straight away, and can print the poster the same minute.
Sending by text and email opens step by step. Customers you add are saved and sent once your account is activated, and we email you before anything goes out.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No, and nobody else can either. Google only removes reviews that break its rules, such as spam or reviews not based on a real experience.
With Monitoring you get the evidence when a review likely breaks the rules. If it's genuine criticism, we help you reply well instead.
Why ask every customer and not just the happy ones?
Sending only happy customers to Google breaks Google's rules and can get reviews removed. In the US, the FTC also treats review suppression as unlawful. Asking everyone protects the profile you've built.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel in two clicks. Your QR code keeps pointing to your Google profile after you cancel, so posters and signs don't go in the bin.
Do you need access to my Google profile?
Not for sending requests. You paste the link from your profile under Reviews, Get more reviews. Access is only needed for Monitoring, and then only as a manager.
How does texting work in the US?
US carriers require every business that texts customers to register first (A2P 10DLC), and customers need to have agreed in writing. Email and QR codes work from day one; texting switches on when registration is approved.
Which countries does it work in?
Email and QR codes work everywhere. Texting starts in the UK and Sweden. In Germany, texts need explicit consent from each customer, and in Australia the sender name is registered first.
