Privacy

What we store

• Your account: business name, email address, text sender name and the link to your Google profile if you add it.
• Customers you add: first name and mobile number or email address, when you added them and your confirmation that the customer bought from you.
• Your short link and QR code: number of clicks per day and channel. We don't store IP addresses.
• Profile check: we only fetch the home page you enter and store nothing from the check.

Why

We need this to provide the service you signed up for: creating your link and QR code and sending requests in your name. For your customers' details, you are the controller and Plauso is your processor.

Where it's kept

Data is stored with our hosting provider Vercel. Emails are sent through Nordkod's email service.

How long

We keep your account while you use the service. If you ask us to delete it, we remove the account and the customers you added. Your short link keeps pointing to your Google profile unless you ask us to close it.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. The business name you type on the home page is kept only in your browser tab so it carries over to sign-up.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Contact Nordkod via nordkod.io. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
